This policy spells out the reasons where an order can be cancelled by MediaCom or the customer.
- The customer may cancel the order anytime before it is shipped. This can be done by sending a cancellation email to info[at]Mediacom-me.com and calling at +971-4-3475868. Such cancellations will be fully refunded back from MediaCom’s end to the customers within 7 working days. The card issuing bank may require more number of days to credit the amount back to the customer. The total credit time shall not be the responsibility of MediaCom.
- An order cannot be cancelled by the customer once the goods are shipped. For those cases, pls refer to the Refund Policy.
- MediaCom reserves the right to cancel any order and refund the money to customer’s original mode of payment due to any of the following reasons:
- Incomplete or incorrect address information provided.
- Difference between the cardholder and customer details.
- Difference between billing address and shipping address.
- Cases where the cardholder is not identified by 3D Secure or other toolsAny technical bugs, pricing mistakes, shipping mistakes or other such cases on the website.
- Any other exceptional cases.
